NYC: PAMELA LUSS WITH HOUSTON PERSON "BY REQUEST"
A Monthly Series featuring Pamela Luss with Houston Person continues on Sunday, April 1st at 4:00 pm at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440). "By Request" is a show created by fans and friends of Corinna Sowers-Adler who have shared the stories and memories behind songs they have requested to be sung by Corinna.Blessed with a beautiful voice, remarkable timing, and sumptuous intonation, Pamela has enjoyed successful engagements - and drawn capacity crowds - in many of the top Jazz and Cabaret Clubs. Pamela began working with Houston Person in 2007. His famously beautiful saxophone tone had graced two of her previous three albums. The relationship continued and developed into her fourth album, Sweet and Saxy, which is a full-length collaboration between the younger singer and the veteran tenor saxophonist with Houston also as producer. There is a $15 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
