NEW ORLEANS: DARYL SHERMAN AT SNUG HARBOR FOR CD RELEASE SHOW
Manhattan mainstay singer-pianist Daryl Sherman will be celebrating the release of her CD "Mississippi Belle" recorded in New Orleans last year at New Orleans' Premier Jazz Club SNUG HARBOR (626 Frenchmen Street, New Orleans, LA - 504-949-0696) on Thursday, April 12th, with shows at 8:00 & 10:00 pm. The recording is a collection of Cole Porter songs with a Crescent City slant. Daryl will be joined by several local musicians including special guest Banu Gibson. The show will include lots of other jazz classics. Call for cover/minimum information.
