SF: ASHFORD & SIMPSON AT THE RRAZZ ROOM
The songwriting team of Nickolas Ashford and Valerie Simpson bring their classic Soul & R&B melodies to RRAZZ ROOM at THE HOTEL NIKKO (222 Mason Street, San Francisco, CA - 415-394-1189 ) on Friday through Sunday, April 1st through 3rd for 4 performances: Friday at 8:00 pm, Saturday at 7:00 & 9:30 pm, and Sunday at 7:00 pm. They wrote songs for countless R&B legends, from Ray Charles to Diana Ross. They put the fire in Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell's classic duets, "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" and "You're All I Need to Get By." It is a partnership that's produced some of the greatest romantic works of the '60s and '70s. There is a $55 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
