The show is a Tribute to Betty Hutton - to celebrate the 90th Anniversary of Hollywood's "Incendiary Blonde", honoring the famous movie star with songs, stories and quotes from Betty's life, with the blessing of the Betty Hutton Estate. Miss Poster includes Orange Colored Sky, It Had To Be You, A Square In A Social Circle, an Annie Get Your Gun Medley and many more Hutton song favorites that are sure to delight. Louisa's tribute is just that, full of humor and pathos, taking us through the exciting and often tragic life of Betty Hutton. Conceived by Louisa Poster. NYC favorite Chris Barrett is making his Florida cabaret debut in south Florida's newest cabaret / jazz venue, THE TORCH CLUB (2155 North Dixie Highway, Ft. The new show, "BARRETT'S BROADWAY" will feature Chris' pick's of well-known and lesser-known Broadway songs. These songs will relate to stories from Chris's career and of life in "the cabaret business" in general. Chris Barrett is a veteran saloon singer of thirty=eight years. He has appeared in New York's top hotels and clubs, across the US and in Europe. In recent years, Chris has performed critically acclaimed cabaret shows at Don't Tell Mama, Judy's Chelsea, Helen's, Dillon's, Danny's Skylight Room and The Metropolitan Room, where he will return this May and June performing "BARRETT'S BROADWAY - memoirs of a saloon singer". The pair will merrily romp through songs about life, love and the pursuit of time-well-spent set to music by John Mayer, George & Ira, Thelonius, Laura Nyro and others. The show also features a custom-written title song, (All in Good Time), by composer Barry Levitt and lyricist Peter Napolitano. The show is directed by Susan Winter.
