NYC: OUTDOOR CONCERT AT TUDOR CITY GREENS RETURNS

Broadway and cabaret performer Raissa Katona Bennett (Phantom of the Opera, Chess) hosts an amazing array of Broadway and cabaret artists as THE CONCERTS AT TUDOR CITY GREENS has its 2010 Spring Launch at Tudor City Greens Park (enter at Tudor City Place between East 42nd and East 43rd Streets) on Wednesday, May 5th at 6:00 pm. (Rain date: Thursday, May 6th at 6:00 pm). The evening concert is called "Whose Garden Was This?" The Folksinger/Songwriters Take the Park! Raissa's guests scheduled to appear are Epic/Columbia recording artists Buskin & Batteau, Windham Hill records artists and guitarist Sean Harkness, MAC & Bistro Award winner Ritt Henn, MAC Award winning songwriter Mary Liz McNamara, recording artist Danny Quinn and cabaret newcomer, Dr. Garrett Bennett. Concerts will continue monthly through October 2010, featuring a variety of performers and themes. The concerts are being produced in association with the Manhattan Association of Cabarets (MAC). This year, Tom Stajmiger, a producer of theatre, concerts and cabaret around the country, joins the series, as associate producer. Sponsored, in part, by 925 Lounge and Smart Workout.
