NYC: CONCERT TO BENEFIT CABARET SCENES MAGAZINE
On Wednesday, August 24th at 6:30 pm (note change of time) some of cabarets most talented performers will take to the stage of THE METRO-POLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) to raise money for a Cabaret Scenes Magazine Benefit Show. The cabaret community is lucky to have a publication like Cabaret Scenes, performers are reviewed, featured in this bi-monthly publication published by Peter Leavy. Performers scheduled to appear so far are Lina Koutrakos, Stacy Sullivan, T.Oliver Reid, Iris Williams, Yvonne Constant, Josephine Bianco, Lennie Watts, Frenchie Davis, Laurie Krauz, Tom Gamblin, Karen Akers, Sidney Myer, Vivian Reed, Minda Larsen, Carolyn Montgomery Forant, Lee Roy Reams, Anita Gillette and Penny Fuller. There is a $35 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
