NYC: MOLLY "EQUALITY" DYKEMAN'S HIT SOLO SHOW RETURNS TO NEW YORK

Molly "Equality" Dykeman's hit solo show "The F*cking World According To Molly" returns to NYC as part of the terraNOVA Collective's 10th Annual soloNOVA Arts Festival on Saturday, May 25th at 7:00 pm; Tuesday, May 28th at 9:00 pm; and and Saturday, June 1st at 3:00 pm at THE IRT THEATER (154 Christopher Street, 3rd Floor, NYC ). Molly "Equality" Dykeman is a loveable, but barely lucid security guard at PS 339 who dabbles in a bit of poetry, a bit of Percocet and a lot of drink. She may be a foul mouthed, straight talking, lady kissing, mother lover, but she still needs to find a way to pull herself together, overcome bed bugs, love and sissy kids to perform in her first poetry show. Will she succeed? Only Molly can tell Andrea Alton stars as Molly "Equality" Dykeman in her hit solo show, The F*cking World According To Molly, which premiered at the 2011 New York International Fringe Festival and made it's European Premiere at the 2012 Dublin International Gay Theater Festival. Molly has appeared all over New York with notable appearances at The Gotham Comedy Club, Comix, UCB, The PIT, Stonewall Inn and Dixon Place. She has also performed at comedy festivals in San Francisco, Chicago, DC and Toronto. She often performs at The Laurie Beechman Theater in her original variety shows; A Molly Jolly Christmas, I Can't Even Think Straight and Happy Mollydays. Written and performed by Andrea Alton, directed by Molly Marinik, choreographed by John Paolillo, produced by Irwin Kroot & Andrea Alton, production manager Liz Richards, costume design Anthony Catanzaro and sound design David Crabb. Tickets are $20.
