NYC: CRAIG POMRANZ RETURNS TO THE SIDEWALK CAFE TONIGHT
After a sold-out April show, Craig Pomranz performs returns to the East Village's SIDEWALK CAFE (94 Avenue A, NYC - 212-473-7373) on Wednesday, June 5th at 8:00 pm with Love Is The Thing! (A Casual Evening Of Love Songs) as part of their "Sidewalk Swings" series. The sizzling and simmering tenor's vocal stylings seamlessly switch from soft and sentimental to booming belter. The gently witty singer, who caresses every lyric to tell a song's story, was named 2012's Best Male Vocalist by the Manhattan Association of Cabarets and earned the same title from the First Annual BroadwayWorld Awards. An ardent keeper of the Great American Songbook, he is passionate about the cabaret art form, successfully leading a lobbying effort to have Mayor Bloomberg proclaim "March is Cabaret Month" in 2013.
