NYC: SINGER-SONGWRITE SCOTT SNAPP IN "WITHOUT THE MUSIC" FINAL SHOW TONIGHT
Scott Snapp, singer & songwriter, takes us on a powerful roller-coaster ride with his show "Without The Music" on Friday & Saturday, November 12th & 13th at 9:30 pm at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440). "Without the Music" reflects the power and passion of one man's journey through life and his ultimate salvation through music. Scott is backed by a five-piece combo and two back-up singers. Scott's music is a beautiful reflection of the times we live in, told with a powerful voice, lyrics that speak directly to the poet and romantic in all of us, and music that surrounds and lifts up our hearts. Scott was raised in rural Ohio where neighbors would often hear him walking down country roads or in the woods "singing full tilt." He first sang for others - on purpose - when he would go to his Grandmother's house as a young teenager and sing to her during the waning years of her life. Tracing his musical roots to his mother, who had lived and performed in New York City while attending college, Scott always knew what he wanted to do. There is a $15 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
