NEW YORK CITY CELEBRATES CABARET MONTH
MAC (Manhattan Association of Cabarets) has scheduled several events in connection with the upcoming MAC AWARDS during March, coinciding with MARCH IS CABARET MONTH. Events scheduled so far include NEW FACE SHOWCASE #2 on Thursday, March 4th at 6:30 pm at THE MAIN STAGE AT THE BROADWAY COMEDY CLUB (318 West 53rd Street, NYC - 212-757-2323); a MAC SEMINAR: "Studio & Live Recording" on Thursday, March 11th at 7:00 pm at STUDIOS 353 (353 West 48th Street, 2nd floor, NYC); a MAC SEMINAR: "The Business of Cabaret" on Saturday, March 20th at 11:30 am at STUDIOS 353 (353 West 48th Street, 2nd floor, NYC); The 2010 Mac Award Nominee Announcement Press Conference
at THE BARNES & NOBLE BOOKSTORE (66th Street and Broadway, NYC) on Thursday, March 25th at 1:00 pm; The 2010 Mac Award Nominee Showcase: Stand-Up Comedy on Thursday, March 30th at 6:30 pm at THE DUPLEX CABARET THEATRE (61 Christopher Street, NYC). Details will be announced soon for all the events.
