ALGONQUIN CLOSING? update 04/03/09

Regarding the item by Cindy Adams in Thursday's N.Y.POST about THE OAK ROOM AT THE ALGONQUIN, and mentioned in yesterday's newsletter and posted below, booking manager Barbara McGurn responded to my inquiry that the Algonquin's "PR firm is unable to secure source of item from Cindy's office." Stay tuned.
