One of the nice advantages of a blog compared to a regular website it the chance for visitors to post a comment after each blog item I post. There is a posting below regarding the passing of cabaret great Blossom Dearie. To post a comment, just click on the word COMMENT immediately below the item and a box will open up where you can write your thoughts.
Now this being the internet - where I have no control over who visits my blog - before a posting actually gets displayed for all to see, the blog sends me an e-mail describing the posting and I have to reply to the e-mail with an approval or rejection. So your comment will not appear instantly, but your posting is there and there is no reason to try to post a second time.
