On Sunday, December 18th, jazz vocalist Jack Donahue will be appearing at THE BLUE NOTE (131 West 3rd Street, NYC - 212-475-8592) at their famed Jazz Brunch, with sets at 12:30 & 2:30 pm. He will be joined by his band: Randy Ingram, piano; Peter Brendler, bass; Jared Schonig, drums. The show will celebrate the release of Jack's new live recording: "Parade: Live in New York City". Donahue received both the 2008 and 2009 "Best Male Jazz Vocalist" awards from MAC (Manhattan Association of Cabarets), an Independent Reviewers of New England (IRNE) award for "Best Male Vocalist", and a Bistro Award. Donahue's last two CD releases, A Small Blue Thing (Two Maples Music) and StrangeWeather (PS Classics), were released to wide critical acclaim. $24.50 includes brunch, show and a drink.

Jazz vocalist Lorri Hafer and Haferhouse Jazz will be the featured performers at the December Jazz Friday Concert at theFOOSANER MUSEUM OF ART (1463 Highland Avenue, Melbourne, FL - 321-242-0737) on Friday, December 16th from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. NYC: ALICE RIPLEY'S DAILY PRACTICE AT THE BEECHMAN

Tony Award winner Alice Ripley will perform solo concerts titled Alice Ripley's Daily Practice at THE WEST BANK CAFE/LAURIE BEECHMAN THEATRE(407 West 42nd Street, NYC - 212-695-6909) on Tuesday, December 6th, Friday, December 9th, Sunday, December 11th & Friday, December 16th, all shows at 10:30 pm. The concerts will feature what's being billed as an eclectic mix of well known songs and new compositions. Ripley's other stage credits include Side Show, The Rocky Horror Show, James Joyce's The Dead, Sunset Boulevard and The Who's Tommy. There is a $20 cover plus a $15 food/drink minimum.

Bronwyn Rucker's Annual Christmas Show will be held on Friday, December 16th at 7:00 pm at DON'T TELL MAMA (343 West 46th Street, NYC - 212-757-0788 ). Joining Bronwyn on stage will be The Fabulous Holiday Spirits, The Uncredible Bastard Amber and Extremely Handsome J.Michael Reeds, plus the Legendary Joe Franklin! Marc McBarron Kessler will be at the piano. You will have, without a doubt, "The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year!" This most unusual and unique annual holiday event always sells out, so be sure to make reservations in advance so as not to be disappointed. There is a $10 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.

Get in the holiday mood with Sue & Edd's SIXTH ANNUAL FABULOUS Christmas Show on Friday, December 16th at 7:00 pm MADISON AVENUE BAPTIST CHURCH (Madison Avenue at 31st Street, NYC) as part of the Paul Stephan's Concert Series.. Arrangements/ Musical Director: Paul Stephan with Tom Hubbard on bass. There'll be some old favorites, some new takes on holiday classics, and some great new songs by composers Nick Levin and Warren Boutros plus special guest, Alissa Hunnicutt doing a VERY SPECIAL puppetry piece to Paul and Sue's original Christmas song, "Christmas Angel". $10 recommended donation.
