NYC: EVERYTHING OLD IS NEW AGAIN HOLIDAY BENEFIT FOR WBAI
WBAI Producer and Host David Kenney hosts a Benefit for the non-commercial listener sponsored radio station on Sunday December 18th at 1:00 pm at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440). The Holiday Show will feature talents from Broadway, Cabaret and Recordings. Many of the performers have been friends of the Everything Old Is New Again Weekly Radio Show and have appeared numerous times on the broadcast. Scheduled to perform are Tom Andersen, John Bucchino, Eric Comstock, Robert Cuccioli, Melissa Errico, Barbara Fasano, Mary Foster Conklin, Marissa Mulder, Karen Oberlin and Kendra Shank. All the performers will sing their favorite Classic Holiday songs. Throughout the benefit members of the audience with have a chance to win prizes and giveaways donated from various record labels and book publishers. David Kenney has been the producer & host of Everything Old Is New Again on WBAI 99.5FM for 33 years. It can be heard weekly on Sundays at 9:00 pm. There is a $25 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
