ScoBar Entertainment & BUG:OUT:MUSIC announce that Terese Genecco & her 8-piece "little big band" have been extended for another year of monthly performances atIRIDIUM JAZZ CLUB (1650 Broadway, NYC - 212-582-2121 - ). Next performance is on Tuesday, April 27th with shows at 8:00 & 10:00 pm. Genecco will continue to headline at the club on the Last Tuesday of every month with Grammy, Tony, and Emmy-Winning performers as her guest stars, as schedules permit. Genecco's "little big band" features a who's-who of New York City's finest jazz musicians including Barry Levitt on piano, Lew Soloff on trumpet, Michael Berkowitz on drums, Mayra Casales on Latin Percussion, Tom Hubbard on bass, Sean Harkness on guitar, Cliff Lyons on tenor sax, Mark Miller and Isrea Butler on trombone, and also featuring Kenny Lavender on trumpet and Joe Abba on drums. There is a $25 cover plus a $10 food/drink minimum. $15 cover for members of CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE

NYC: TRIPLE AWARD-WINNING SHOW MOVES TO THE IRIDIUM ROOM

Daryl Glenn and his co-star Jo Lynn Burks move to IRIDIUM JAZZ CLUB (1650 Broadway, NYC - 212-582-2121 ) on Sunday, April 25th at 6:30 pm with their popular, critically acclaimed, BISTRO, NIGHTLIFE and MAC award-winning tribute to Robert Altman's classic 1975 film, "NASHVILLE", backed by a 6-piece all-star country band. The show also features singer/musician extraordinaire Karen Dryer, Broadway's Brad Wills and award-winning/cabaret favorite Jay Rogers. The country-western style show will include every song from the beloved soundtrack album, lovingly recreated, including Keith Carradine's Academy Award winning "I'm Easy". Musical direction & arrangements are by Ms. Burks. Vince DeGeorge directs. There is a $20 cover plus a $10 food/drink minimum.

New York City welcomes its newest performer in residence, Terese Genecco, tonight at THE IRIDIUM with sets at 8:00 & 10:00 pm. This is the first of an open ended run, the last Tuesday of every month. Welcome to NYC (although Terese is no stranger here, having already been awarded Bistro and MAC awards over the past few years)!
