Bernie Furshpan and Friends celebrate the life of Bernie's dad at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Tuesday, January 12th at 7:00 pm, Murray. Murray Furshpan was and will always be an inspiration to his family, friends and the World. A winding road of adversities during wartime and hard times leads to a blossoming life and love for family. Join Bernie and his guests as they trace his dad's life with song, stories and inspiration. Musical Director: Maestro Barry Levitt, Scheduled to perform: Anita Gillette, Julie Budd, Mark Nadler, Sara Zahn, Jim Brochu, Tom Gamblin, Elli The King of Broadway, Lina Orfanos, Liz McKendry, and Gary Crawford. There is an $18 cover plus a 2 drink minimum. Cover will go to a charity for the elderly.
