CABARET TONIGHT IN NYC: LUCKY TO BE ME: A FRIDAY THE 13TH CONCERT
Lucky To Be Me: A Friday the 13th Concert, featuring Megan Loughran, will be presented at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440 - ) on Friday, December 13th at 9:30 pm. The show is music directed by Zak Sandler and directed by Ethan Heard, with Mike Gordon on drums and Adam Neely on bass. Megan Loughran is an actor, singer and improviser, who is in a committed relationship with New York City. She is currently playing Mrs. Clancy in Off-Broadway's FANCY NANCY The Musical, and is a member of the Chicago City Limits Improv National Touring Company. As the winner of the Champions' Edition of NYC's Cabaret Showdown (a live gameshow-style competition that is sort of like American Idol meets Whose Line Is It Anyway), she is often seen sporting a crown. Megan graduated from Yale University and studied improv at Upright Citizens Brigade and The Magnet. When alone in an elevator, she is likely singing in it.
