CABARET TONIGHT IN CT: THE RIDES COME TO THE RIDGEFIELD PLAYHOUSE
The Rides (Stephen Stills, Kenny Wayne Shepherd and Barry Goldberg) will perform for one night only at THE RIDGEFIELD PLAYHOUSE( 80 East Ridge, Ridgefield, CT - 203-438-5795 - ) on Thursday, September 5th at 8:00 pm. They will be joined by Special Guest Beth Hart. The perfect mix of generations! Three giants of music have come together in the new blues-rock group The Rides. The three wrote four of the songs on the album including Roadhouse, Don't Want Lies and the title track. They also tackle covers of Rockin' in the Free World, Talk to My Baby, Honey Bee and Search and Destroy. The album closes with a Buffalo Springfield song that Stills wrote but never recorded, Word Games.
