NYC: "BEST OF JIM CARUSO'S CAST PARTY" RETURNS
His "Cast Party" open-mic show is in its ninth star-studded year at Birdland, and Jim Caruso will bring his celebrated "Best of Jim Caruso's Cast Party" back to the big stage atTHE TOWN HALL (123 West 43rd Street, NYC - 212-997-1929) for a second year on Thursday, February 23rd at 8:00 pm. Some of the stars joining this year's Cast Party include Linda Lavin, Jane Monheit, Stephanie J. Block, Janis Siegel, David Ippolito, Julia Murney, Lisa Lampanelli, Paulo Szot, Liz Mikel, Marcus Monroe, Rudi Macaggi, John Bucchino Frank Wildhorn, Terri Klausner and Andrew Nemr. Many performers to be announced. Billy Stritch will be at the piano, with Daniel Glass on drums and Tom Hubbard on bass. A portion of the proceeds will benefit THE ACTORS FUND (http://www.actorsfund.org/ ). The show is presented by Scott Siegel.
