Award Winning Cabaret Artists Suzanne Petri and Bob Moreen create a portrait of life down the road in their show "A Couple of Characters" at MAXIM'S at The Nancy Goldberg International Center (24 East Goethe Street, Chicago, IL - Tickets: 312-742-1748) on Wednesday, April 13th at 7:30 pm (reception at 7:00 pm). The show sees life through the eyes of the characters they meet on their journey; different portraits in a frame; different shoes in a box, leading to who knows where? Songs are by Irving Berlin, Stephen Sondheim, Cole Porter, Joni Mitchell, Michael Smith and of course the great couples Bricusse & Newley, Schmidt & Jones, Fred & Ginger, Steve & Eydie.
