A MARCH IS CABARET MONTH EVENT

2011 NY Nightlife Award Winner Karen Oberlin welcomes the onset of the new season at THE KITANO HOTEL'S GARDEN CAFE (66 Park Avenue, NYC - 212-885-7119) on Wednesday, March 23rd, with sets at 8:00 & 10:00 pm. Her show spotlights songs that celebrate all things spring. With selections by masters ranging from Strayhorn to Sondheim, Oberlin will explore the beauty and intrigue of this season of new life and love and all it's complexities, with two varying sets and the sensational musical skills of Weber, Smith and Meissner. She is backed by the Jon Weber Trio (Jon Weber, piano; Sean Smith, bass; Russ Meissner, drums). There is ano cover, just a $15 food/drink minimum.
