CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE in collaboration with Sue Matsuki Productions is proud to announce the first in a series of monthly concerts called PEOPLE YOU SHOULD KNOW atDON'T TELL MAMA (343 West 46th Street, NYC - 212-757-0788 ). On Saturday, June 29th at 8:30 pm, the show will feature performers from the Wednesday Night at the Iguana Variety Show. Hosted by Sue Matsuki, the show will have Barry Levitt on piano and Dana Lorge as Special Guest. Performers include Steve "The Whistler" Herbst, Robert Gino and Dora Rubin.If you are coming to see one of the three performers in particular and want them to "get credit" for your ticket sales please send an e-mail to:SueMatsuki@aol.com with the Subject Line reading: "Tickets for Jan 29" or leave a message at: 917-821-4342 and let Sue know how many will be in your party, whether anyone in your party is a MAC or CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE member and who it is you are coming to see. There is a $15 cover plus a 2-drink minimum (no credit cards). $10 cover for member of CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE.
The second show, on Saturday, February 26th at 6:00 pm at DON'T TELL MAMA will feature performers Sue has seen on visits to Mark Janus' Salon series at ETCETERA, ETCETERA. Future events will be announced soon. I'll also be promoting and updating info on "People You Should Know" on the website, blog, FaceBook, MySpace and Twitter.
