I've been invited to attend the MAC show and have already confirmed my free press tickets. Thank you MAC for remembering me. Be sure to "save the date" for the 24th Annual MAC Awards which will be held Tuesday, May 4th at 7:30 PM at BB KING'S BLUES CLUB (237 West 42nd Street, NYC - 212-997-4144 - ). Some details below, but tickets are already one sale. It sold out last year (over 600 seats sold) so if you plan to attend, I advise early purchase. MAC reports that they are almost sold out of the $75 Silver Circle Tickets and can no longer accept mail orders for this price level (a few tickets remain at this price level on the Brown Paper Tickets website). In that connection, we're holding a MEMBERS ONLY contest this year to see who can come closest to predicting the winners on a select list of categories of this year's event - the entry forms went out last night, and we're already getting entries. We will announce the winners after MAC has its show - and winners will receive free CABARET CDs (up to 6 of there's only one winner.
