METROJAM, the monthly cabaret/jazz open mic event held at
THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440 - ), will have its next show on Friday, September 4th at 10:00 pm featuring its new host, Jenna Esposito. Jenna's special guest headliner this month is Christine Lavin. Open-mic performers have a chance to perform with a full jazz band. Guest vocalists from the worlds of cabaret and jazz are always on hand to take a turn at the microphone. There is a $10 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
